Crysis 2 Remastered

Crysis 2 is celebrating its 10-year anniversary since releasing in early 2011. Now, it seems Crytek is looking to the future and perhaps teasing their next project, Crysis 2 Remastered.

The developer took to Twitter recently to tweet out simple, yet cryptic in context, tweets. One simply said “They used to call me Prophet,” followed by nothing but the wide-eyed emoji.

The very next day, they pulled out the emoji again and a screenshot of what appears to be the same game.

Back in late 2020, Crysis Remastered was a milestone for Nintendo fans as that marked the first time the franchise released on any Nintendo platform. Odds are, once we inevitably get Crysis 2 Remastered, it’ll probably be released to the Switch, as well.

What do you think? Are you excited to see the next game get the remaster treatment? Tell us below!
